how to post an event?

Post a new event

To create a new event, you will need to register on the platform. Log in to your account, on the top menu click Create an Event.

Enter your event Info

Fill in the form:

• Event title – Give your event a clear title.

• Event type & category – Your event\’s \”genre\”.

• Online event – choose YES for virtual event or NO for in-person event.

• Event location – Enter name and address of the Venue.

• Event country – Enter your country name.

• Event banner – Upload your banner. (max: 500mb)Choose Enter name and address of the Venue.

\”Including an event image enhances the appeal of your event page, potentially boosting its search ranking. Upload an image directly from your device or design one using Canva.\”

• Event image: Must be a JPEG or PNG no larger than 15MB. Images with at least 2160 x 1080px (a 2:1 ratio) will work best.

• Optional: \”Enhance your main event image carousel by adding a video. Simply paste the URL of your YouTube or Vimeo video into the \’Video\’ section using the video\’s \’share\’ tool. Please ensure your video is published and set to public visibility.\”

• Description: Write a summary up to 200 characters that describes the most important details of your event. So the attendees know what to expect.

Add your dates

Enter your event’s start and end date, time, and deadline. 

Add your ticket info and prices

Provide your ticket details and pricing information to complete your event listing.

Organizer and Venue form

Event Organizer – The person or organization hosting the event. If your organizer isn\’t listed, create a new profile for them.

Event Venues – The place that will host the event. if not listed, create a new one.
